1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing hdgames.dk or our games, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license for personal, non‑commercial use.

3. IP Ownership

Software, artwork, marks, text, and other content are owned by HDGames or licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse‑engineer, or create derivatives except as allowed by law.

4. Virtual Goods & IAP

Virtual items (including “Permanent No Ads”) have no monetary value, are non‑transferable, and confer only in‑game rights.
In‑app purchases are processed by Apple/Google; any refund must be requested from the respective store. If a refund is issued, we may revoke the associated item/benefit.

5. Ads & Privacy

We may show ads. In the EU, consent is obtained (CMP/ATT); if declined, you’ll see non‑personalized ads. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Including without limitation: (a) bypassing security, cracking or modifying the client; (b) using bots/cheats/unauthorized automation; (c) scraping or excessive load; (d) infringing third‑party rights.

7. Availability & Changes

Services may change or be discontinued in whole or in part. We may update games/services for improvements, balance, or legal reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HDGames is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use or inability to use the services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark; courts of Copenhagen have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer laws.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new dated version. For material changes, we may provide advance in‑app or website notice.
